To access our transportation options, start by enrolling with Vital Choice SCC Day Programs. Then, simply reach out to us from 6 AM to 6 PM with at least a 48-hour notice before your desired pick-up time. We ensure clear communication by confirming your booking upon receipt, then again, the evening before, and two hours before your pick-up, for your convenience and peace of mind.
